My room was thoughtfully arranged and incredibly comfortable, making it a lovely retreat after exploring the local area. The breakfast was a highlight—an array of homemade options that catered to various dietary needs, including gluten-free choices, which I thoroughly enjoyed as a coeliac. It was delightful to see the emphasis on personalizing meals to reduce food waste, reflecting an understanding of modern dining sensibilities. I particularly enjoyed the short walk to the stunning beach of Porth Eirias, where the fresh air brought a delightful balance to my gourmet getaway. Meeting Joel, the host, enriched my experience, with his attentive hospitality ensuring I felt like a valued guest throughout my stay. I’ll definitely be back to indulge more in this slice of culinary paradise!
